Return and Refund Policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase from Watercrafters. Should you wish to return a product we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange for products that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.  Returns made within 7 days of original purchase will be fully refunded to the original form of payment. For returns after 7 days, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and the refund will be issued as store credit.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Watercrafters reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item returned after 30 days or not in original, resalable condition.

We are unable to refund or exchange any of the following and not limited to equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators, salt generators, automation, controllers, auto-vacs, robotic cleaners, battery-powered vacuum cleaners). Clearance items are all final sale and non-refundable for any reason.

Special order items are final sale and are not refundable.

Shipping charges are all non-refundable.

Returns Due to Manufacture’s defect: Items returned due to defect will be replaced, repaired or refunded at Watercrafters’ or manufacturer’s discretion. If a replacement is not available, items will be replaced at Watercrafters’ discretion with a substituted item of similar quality.
